My current set up is

Acid Pro 6
Studio Projects C3 Condenser Mic
Art tube Mp Project Series Preamp
And An SB audigy 4 sound card

Alot of people have been telling me good preamps are a must so i was considering a new one.I only record one channel at a time so i dont need anything bigger than 1 or 2 channels. Whats A good Preamp To Get, And how will i tell the difference between a new " better" preamp and my old one? thanx
