UTILIZATION

The handle is trs enjoyable but it takes a while beginners getting used to, especially if it has at Gibson. Ergonomics is good, guitar push out the body shape. Only small default: a little heavy (well even when less than a Les Paul) after 2 hours of concert but with a strap drawback is a concern rgl!

SOUNDS

I think this guitar has a sound world quite varied and it is possible to play with any. The original pickups are not exceptional but they are enough. Although Obviously, the big mtal his style is not great but made good with pedals, did the trick. Personally, I replaced the bridge by MISCO Seymour Duncan SHR-1 Hot Rails l. ...... and then it's a killer! You will redcouvrir your characters new strata saturated! OVERALL OPINION

I use this guitar for 3 years, it is when I started the guitar, and really I'm not on my investment. It is a good mid-range guitar (bought new 680), whose sound can be well amlior just by changing the micro because the violin is trs good for this price range. The report is qualitprix carrment excellent because it was a good strat U.S. for less than 800 wholesale. Premire C'tait my guitar but in the meantime I could play a SG with a friend and my Les Paul Classic achetercemment and I find that the Start and Les Paul is perfectly compltent . With exprience, I do it again this choice plutt twice that! INTERESTED purchase for a guitarist who wants a guitar relatively good prices

This is the Highway 1 "upgrade" released in late 2006. The first model, although dja trs good, were not the same hunanimit Fender resellers who were not from some Mexican COMPTITE. The Fender Custom Shop has put his nose and a t relook MODEL microphones changs, namely:

- New colors nitrocellulose lacquer finish.
New-jumbo frets.
- 3 Alnico 3 (3 magnets), with central micro polarity and winding inverss to reduce background noise in position 2 and 4.
- Tone Circuit "greasebucket" for neck and bridge pickups (the micro does not have central CONTRL of Tone to keep some shine with zero-Tone.

Otherwise, the bridge was "vintage" 6 anchors with vibrato of the brand, so without risk.

Submitted by The MODEL sunburst is really beautiful. For my part as I could bnficier left as the transparent color wine with rosewood fingerboard.

Note that MODEL is the only brand that can get by without left surcoat. Thank you!
The nitro lacquer trs end is very special: it has the advantage of leaving "sounding" the wood more easily and inconvnient of being more fragile. For four months I have this guitar, I can say that this varnish patina beautifully with points of friction, and donnnant INTERESTED nuances and highlighting the grain of wood in a beautiful cherry color much mre! We may not like this varnish. See you in 20 years ..... a "relic !!???

If not for the rest, the quality of manufacturing is well within the price range, nothing more, nothing less.

Remember that this is the Start of the range of U.S. 849 euros.

UTILIZATION

Operation is simple, as all the Strat.Tous rglages are possible, the strings do not curl. Just a small tendency to drape out of the middle needle stick, but it can be used to my other guitar or a default of my game! The vibrato is easy rgler. The handle is easy to play.

SOUNDS

Used with a Peavey Bandit 112 amp, Crybaby 535Q, and a Fulltone OCD overdrive one.

I play blues, hard and prog.

Its clear we really all sounds you expect from a Start: punch, brightness, chaleur.Aucun excessive background which proves that the microphones are well t tudis. And it is true that the circuit Greasebucket is surprising: one does not lose its bass and retains some gloss to the zero-Tone. Ct a "jazzy".

In its saturated with OCD and the three super distorss Peavey is really thundering for single coil pickups: sisi mtal can play with a Start and I must say that compared to my old Humbuckers Aria, this guitar is very "punchy" and race.Une beautiful personality. It holds the road well trs (bond, a Highway ...) and was not ashamed to face the U.S. Strats range above.
The vibrato dsaccorde do not rush the ropes and is an asset in the game INTERESTED

In short, it is the sound of legends!

OVERALL OPINION

Used for 4 months, I would do this choice. It's not a Fender U.S. on the cheap, for sure! You can really s'clater on this guitar. Output great fanfare by the brand advertising, it MRIT its success (it's rare that a Fender gives its name ...). MODELS

I wanted a Start, universal (a sound that can only love because it is found in all styles of music), not to ruin me, and I'm not.

A beautiful and good guitar: Do not hesitate!

This is the Highway 1 "upgrade" released in late 2006. The sunburst model presented here is really beautiful. For me being left handed I could enjoy that color with transparent wine rosewood fingerboard.

Note that this is the only model of the brand that can get left-handed at no additional cost. Thank you!

With distortion, with OCD and 3 super distorss of Peavey's really amazing for single-coil pickups: sisi can play metal with a Start and I must say that compared to my old Aria Humbuckers, this guitar is really "punchy" and racée.Une nice personality. The vibrato does not jump out of tune the strings (it's still not a Floyd Rose!) And remains an interesting asset in the game

I now play with an amp SpiderValve Line 112. The sound of the guitar is of course transcended by the quality of this amp as well as clear sound that sounds (hyper) saturated. Fender has really put the package on its pickups and electronics: it's amazing fishing and ultimately very quiet for single coils.

OVERALL OPINION

Used for 1 year and a half, I would do this choice. It's not a Fender U.S. at a discount, that's for sure! You can really have fun on this guitar. Output with a lot of pub by the mark, it deserves its success (it's rare that Fender gave a name to one of its models ...).

Body-painting sucks, orange peel and even paint over the dust but they were not zealous on that side, I could remove all the paint without too much difficulty using a only the steel wool which allows me to say that the wood underneath is very beautiful. In terms of hardware is also fully reviewed as soon as one uses the tremolo is death, back to the tuner box ... I replaced the saddle (Tusq), mechanics (Sperzel) and tremolo (wilkinson vintage) and there nothing to see ...

UTILIZATION

On amp, the sounds were nice but to play jazz, condos in place do not bring me the color you want. I have therefore replaced by two condos papers (16 euro coins) and the beautiful surprise was discovering that there were two condos tone which allowed me to put a condo in 0.1mf handle and in 0047 bridge which allows me to have a more versatile guitar.

Another good idea is the other two small condos to limit the distortion sound if you lower the volume.

Otherwise, all positions were nice pickups or positions inter simple (yet much better with my kit micro Kinman)

OVERALL OPINION

Used for 3 years I kept the wood, but what stuff! Overall I think that my guitar is much better than most of us home and even the deluxe because since I've tried guitars ....

Damage to the radius that I can find a small, 12 "would have been better to avoid the interrupted at Fort Bend. But it's on all strata have the same problem.

Good value for money but once changed everything, the price is more that of departure, 100 euros easel, 80 lifts, 280 mic, 30 condos euros, 5 euros for shielding (it's luxury).

For a total cost of 1000 euros, I will ever be the same because it allowed me to spread the costs and choose everything because I know that even with a standard, I will certainly change the parts. the best plan would be to buy a hand and do the same as me ....

The Fender Highway One Stratocaster is a newer version of the classic Stratocaster, offering players an American made Strat at a very reasonable price. It's definitely the cheapest Stratocaster that is made in the USA that you'll find out there, and it still has pretty much the same make up as a traditional Strat. It's got three single coil pick ups, a whammy bar, a five way pick up selector, and a volume and two tone knobs. As any experienced Strat player will tell you, this is pretty much the standard make up. Of course it doesn't share all of the same parts are a standard American Strat, but it's pretty close considering the difference in price.

UTILIZATION

The playability of the Fender Highway One Stratocaster definitely passes the Strat test. It's got a great feel to the guitar, and is definitely easy to play. I didn't have a standard Strat available to shoot it out with, but judging from past experiences I would say that it's a pretty close feel to a standard. Perhaps it isn't quite as fluid, but it's hard to tell without playing them back to back. Using the control knobs is super easy as this is the make up that most players will be familiar with for sure.

SOUNDS

The tone of the Fender Highway One Stratocaster is smooth and creamy, just as you'd expect from a Fender Stratocaster. Again, without shooting out this with a standard Strat back to back it's hard to tell, but I was definitely impressed with the overall sound of this guitar. Like all Strats, it's a very versatile guitar, as you're going to get some very different sounds between the three pick ups. Great for playing both lead and rhythm parts, this is pretty much the ideal sound for a guitar give or a take a bit.

OVERALL OPINION

The Fender Highway One Stratocaster is the perfect guitar for those players who are looking for a well built guitar that sounds great, but who don't have the money to drop on a top of the line Stratocaster. This is really a great alternative, as it's made in the USA and is put together extremely well. It's the cheapest American made Strat, and while I'd recommend going with a standard if you're able to, if you're not this is a fine substitute. The Highway One is pretty much the perfect mid level electric guitar.

Very pleasant neck (I previously tried out seven or eight US Strats and this one was the most comfortable).

SOUNDS

I think you can use this guitar for almost every music style depending on the setting, the effects and the amp.

I personally have a Peavey Bandit 112 and a Yamaha DG Stomp pedal... Everything is possible (except Slayer and other extreme stuff...)!

The bridge pickup produces a very twangy and biting sound. Combined with the center pickup, it becomes less aggressive. The middle pickup gives good results for funky rhythm parts but it still sounds twangy. The second pickup combination provides very unique sound landscapes, and the neck pickup is great to play Yngwie Malmsteen solos.

Each pickup combination produces a different sound. It's incredible!

OVERALL OPINION

I changed it for a more expensive guitar and this Highway Strat gives me a better sound quality and more versatility than the previous one.

I've owned many Strats with every single pickup combination (two Seymour Duncan humbuckers, two P90, a DiMarzio HSH combination, two EMG humbuckers, etc.) and this one is the most versatile (even though some others sound better for hard rock and heavy metal...

Very good value for money. I would buy it again.
