UTILIZATION
IT CAN BE USED is intuitive. The legalization is hyper-efficient, any change is easily audible, we obtain
However, a good sound easily. The volume is progressive and can use the apartment as rpt '.
Canal Clean saturates rather quickly but you can play is in a clean high-volume group.
The size of the amp, even if plutt heavy (a few hundred meters weak arms ... ^ ^) is a vritable more.
I did not blame him special, if not the GNR by slamming the amp
when the skin: the hp to take a hit in the long run (once I unplug the meantime).
I find the reverb a little too much, but the I quibble.
I use both the amp at home in rpt 'with my rock band, in concert with my Big Band. DGIG the volume is impressive.
SOUNDS
The clean channel is fantastic. The Fender sounds are kind, yes. But I do tempra just some advice: with an essay Vibrolux is one of the best amps I t given to play, the Clubster has a personality all its own.
To give an IDE, I tried the Clubster and a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe cte cte. Well the sound is clear with a close DEFINITIONS better and greater precision for the Clubster. The HP 10 'there is srement not for nothing, and no shortage of bass!
If I immediately gained a strat t (its crystalline hell, "Little Wing" goes with class and sublime), a Les Paul marries well with this amp! The Bright switch is extremely effective and frankly rvle music.
For its Lead, not as much be honnte, Marshall was not a between the legs. The distortion sounds a bit fuzzy and plutt modern. I prfre overdrive the clean channel gnre thrust block. However, the sound is good for trs crunch and can go without problem until Hard old school (type the big era Judas Priest: "Li-ving, Afte 'Midnight!").
Always compared to the Fender Deluxe, the Lead channel is of kms above that of the Fender, which is a vritable m. ..
I must say that I have a preferences for sounds roots: a TS plugs into the clean channel makes me even more when vibrating.
An example, strata hand, Maxon OD808 foot (in lightweight boost) with bright engaged:
The effects and guitars are fully respected.
OVERALL OPINION
Jazz (waouh!), Blues, Funk, Rock (70's, surf, hairy ...) etc, the amp can do anything but be a little tight in extreme styles without the addition of pedals. The price is perfectly justified. I like the spirit compact / portable, the power to play anywhere.
I tried several amps before I buy it DCID: Fender Hot Rod Deluxe, Fender Princeton '65 Reissue (very good amp, but a little just to play in groups), Fender Vibrolux, Fender Blues Deluxe, Peavey Classic 30, Laney VC30 112 (too British) ... I think that's it!
I think that Rivera is a great alternative to the old Fender rditions that do not offer the versatility of its equipment and a report / not always the best price.
