Everything has been said ... Amp lamps, 15W
An input jack
Simple settings: master volume and, by combining the two was a crunch sound or light in the proportions jouantavec
Bass and treble, no mid-frequency setting to
Level effects: reverb and tremolo, footswitch included controllable

UTILIZATION

Very simple configuration, the manual is enough to understand that the lamps, they must boil before turning, and allow to cool before turning out. Hence the interest of stanby (when it's the first time you use a light amplifier, it is explained that vouis!).

SOUNDS

Is perfect for my musical style, rather rock, blues 70 '. In fact the clean sound is very clean, round, warm and ... serious! In fact I find the sound quite serious, even by lowering the EQ. Level crunch sounds, huge! Unfortunately, playing in an apartment, I do not have many opportunities to push the sound. Be aware that these 15W spit a lot! So the solution for crunch sounds in the apartment is the OD pedal (TS808).
I use this amp with an Epi LP on which I mounted burstbuckers Gibson, and there's a huuuuge! Especially saturated, of course. I also play with a Telecaster, and the sound of the single is well respected. In short, this amp is that good ... but, because there is always, or at least often, a safe ... the reverb! What I find really cavernous, infamous! Better to put at least one hook and reverb pedal, easier to adjust and more versatile, in addition to giving better sound! I put 10 not because of the reverb, it would be less for some, myself I use a pedal so it does not bother me that much, just the price of the amp it was entitled to have something better in terms of reverb. It is my humble opinion!

OVERALL OPINION

I have the Vox for over a year and I am completely satisfied. Look great, a rock legend in my apartment, a warm, fat when you can grow. A switch to divide the power by 2, to move to 7W for example, would be a great improvement, in addition to the reverb. But it's a beautiful beast! Of course, I will make the HP that I find a bit dull (it's not blue Clestion ...!), but less than € 600 it's still a great shot (a bit expensive, but hey, it a legend!)
