Manley adds three channels to its Core mic tube preamp and introduces the new Force model.
The Manley Force is based on the same hand-wired Manley Iron input transformers and 12AX7 equipped high output amplifier (300V) used on the Core preamp launched last year.
Each of the four channels is equipped with an XLR microphone and 1/4” instrument inputs, a 120 Hz high-pass filter, an input level pad, a phase inverter, a 48 phantom power and a high/low gain switch. A rounded 7-segment VUmeter is also available to monitor the level of each channel.
The Manley Force includes an universal power supply. Each model is fully hand-built and wired in California. Manley announces a price of $2500.
