How to make headphone monitor independent of main monitor volume control

Hi all, any advice gratefully received.

Just bought a gen 1 Scarlett 18i20.
I can't figure out how to be able to listen via the headphone monitor without having the main monitor volume up (and therefore playing through my studio monitors). When I turn the main volume down it also turns the headphones down. I don't want anything playing through my monitors whilst I'm recording, just want to hear it through headphones...

The only way I can think to do it is by turning the monitors off/down whilst recording and turning back up to listen after I've recorded but I assume there must be a way to separate the main volume control from the headphone monitor right?

Please advise!
