Greetings,

I am having trouble hooking up my Scarlet 18i8 to my Android Phone to utilize external microphones for Instagram Live. I am able to get sound from the Scarlet to the Android via the Front Monitoring Headphones Jacks. However, when I hook the Android up out of the back Output Panel, I do not get any sound. However, if I hook my headphones up to the back panel, I do receive sound. Thusly, sound is definitely coming through but what am I missing?
