attempting to record a video with audio using a logitech webcam & scarlett 2i2. using an acoustic plugged into the Scarlett. the audio is really bad, with lags, and up & down vol spikes.

the acoustic doesn't have a preamp, just transducers under bridge, in case that could be an issue.

if this is a software issue, got recommendations on windows software for recording video and audio the instrument plugged into the Scarlett? or any other advice to help me get this interface sounding decent.
