Scarlett 2i2 first gen changes speaker and headphone volume at the same time

Hi there helpers,
I bought a 2i2 a while ago on ebay. Slowly it began "connect" the speaker and the headphones volume. As I turn the knobs on each it influences the volume of the counterpart. Its nor really liniar, sometimes it jumps from very loud to almost muted. Also my left speaker is always playing, while the volume is turned down all the way. I tried to find a way to fix it with something like a control software but I didnt find anything for th first gen models...
I need help from a pro pleeease
