Hi everyone. I am using a scarlett solo gen 3 and it is having issues with my schecter 8-string with active pick ups. It will pick up the guitar for a few minutes and then the battery for the pick ups is essentially fried and no longer works (fried is just my guess). If I then take the guitar to plug in to my normal amp it will not work unless I switch to a new battery. If I try the new battery plugged in to the Scarlett solo it again works for a few minutes and then seems to fry the battery. Now, the solo works just fine with literally every other guitar (none have active pick ups) so it’s appearing like an active pick up issue. Any suggestions? I bought this to record the 8 string so it’s not doing me any good right now. I’ve googled and found nothing so I thought I’d check with the experts. Thanks for any help!!!
