My use

I invested in this card for its versatility, Midi, 4 RCA, firewire.Je me is way out of a stereo and two mono channels on my console

My config

Asus A6G Laptop Pentium M 1.6, 512 ddr 333, 60GB HDD + 20 GB external (samples)

This card is connected to my laptop, my laptop own MIDI controller (BCR2000) and m'audio is connected to a midi ea-1, and 3-way analog console of my yamaha (next hardware, drum machine style jomox and hardware multi-effect)

UTILIZATION

-Installation: The installation problem-free

-Incompatibility: In the beginning yes, I had a lot of problems especially with the story of IRQ, make sure that your firewire port is not on the same IRQ as another of your devices, otherwise aie aie, make a hole on the forum to see how we can remedy ca

Generally easy-Config: Yes it can go, in addition to the panel config with many of the audiophile

-Relevance of the manual: I have not had a manual, you can do without ...

GETTING STARTED

-Stability of drivers: They seem stable on a stable config ...

-Update drviers: Okay I think it could be updated every two months instead of once a year ...

Software used: Ableton Live and Reaktor 5, a bit of Reason 3.0 and vst block, and the non gratos gratos

Latency-obtained: 7 ms latency General

-Number of tracks recorded: Not much track record

OVERALL OPINION

-Number of days of use: 4 days

-What I like about this card: The number of output, finishing for the price, nothing I do not like

-Other models tested before buying: Not just the one try;)

-Value / Price: More than adequate

-With experience: Yes I referrer that choice without hesitation
