I just upgraded from a scarlett 8I6 to a clarett+ 4pre...i have to turn the clarett up higher to achieve the same volume as I got with the scarlett ..ie: the monior controller has to be turned to 11:00 postion on the clarett to achieve the same volume as the 9:00 position on the scarlett..is this normal?..the focusrite control shows everything as normal unless I'm missing something...it sounds great once turned up..seems 11 or 12:00 position sounds best on my system I've turned up my monitors as much as I want to..I recently built a powerful win 10 computer..everything is set up correctly there. Maybe it's just the way it is..it gets as loud as I'll ever use it; but I was curious about the discrepancy.
