Thread Connecting Traktor S2 to Focusrite 18i20 (3rd Gen) (Mac OS)

Hi,
I hope you are well. Thank you for any advice.
I'm trying to simply connect my Traktor S2 DJ Controller to my Focusrite 18i20 (3rd Gen).
I've got both the left and right output of my Traktor connected to Input 5 & 6 of my interface and i'm using a MacBrook Pro 2018 running OS Mojave.
When going to Sound in Preferences, the signal is visible when a song is playing.
When I go to Logic Pro x and set the input to an Audio track I get signal from input 5 & 6.
However, in Focusrite Control, I see signal coming into 5-6 but I can't get sound to come out of the speakers. Logic, Youtube, Spotify all work as usual.
Any ideas?
