Connect via ADAT 2nd gen 18i20 to 3rd gen 18i20 FOCUSRITE

HI all!

I'm trying to connect via ADAT my two 18i20.
One is 2nd gen and the other is 3rd gen. I follow step by step the focusrite guide but it doesn't work.
Any other faced the same problem?
