There are two things studio one artist and studio one pro all are tempting but do not even try artist as it comes with native instruments kore player and guitar rig which is of no use as the artist does not support these plug ins and nobody clearly say it.You waste lot of time in trying it out. After complaining to NI there is no response.
The sample one is good for newbies like me.The forums are good and helpful. The visual effect is very good when one records music on canary yellow track. The qwerty pad is very useful. The studio artist free native instruments cannot be played so i even donot know how it sounds.I feel that studio one pro or studio one should be good enough if more dry string instruments were given. The strings are all wet and cannot be removed from effects like reverb. So there is always a residual reverb which is quite annoying many times.Except for free native plugins in S1 artist i am addicted to prsonus.I want mandolins and other exotic instruments.
