What are the effects, types of effects available?
Reverb and echo slapback

Are they edited? Via a publisher Mac / PC?
No, we did that since the pedal

What technology is used? (Analog, digital, tube ...)
Analog

What is the connection? (Audio / MIDI)
Jack 6.35

UTILIZATION

The general configuration is simple?
The manual is clear and sufficient? ...
Not obvious at first. The manual can help, not in my case anyway

SOUND QUALITY

The effects are they effective, responsive and realistic enough?
I tried to get the sound you hear while listening to the surf band from the early 60's that used the fender 63, the pedal trying to imitate.
Ben, I'm disappointed, but disappointed! It is a bit closer but for me who was trying to get sound when surfing the guitar is plugged into the fender 63 with the reverb effect to 11 (Remember The Spinal Tap for reference) which gives the impression of having a guitarist who made his lines in the ocean, well here it is very far. Maybe it does for the reverb surf less marked but not for me.

Which instruments do you use?
For my part I use an RG 500 using the single coil microphone.
I think we won to go through a compressor Amount FDR-1 which can strengthen the slapback echo, but it remains an ersatz Fender 63

OVERALL OPINION

For how long have you been using it?
Few weeks

Did you try many other models before getting this one?
I also have the FDR-1 which had much disappointed, he'll have to learn to stop believing in Santa Claus and not believe the tests on youtube (where the Fender 63 / LIF-1 suggest that the sound delivered by the two pedals are identical)

What is your opinion about the value for the price?
A little way in the light of its issued and the price a little high the pedal

Knowing what you know now, would you make the same choice? ...
No, and I will test the effect (the real Fender '63) myself instead of buying on the internet.
