Rather robust condenser mic to record vocals and acoustic instruments.
OVERALL OPINION
I've been using it for two months.
It has a bad signal-to-noise ratio. I tested it on another sound system (different mixing console, different cables, etc.) with the same result. It adds too much noise. It is not very sensitive: for a vocalist placed at one foot from it, I need to turn the gain all the way up to have a decent input level but with lots of noise.
Compared to other, more expensive, mics that some friends have lent me, it is really bad. Let's say it like it is, it's lousy. I prefer to spend $50 or $100 more and have a good mic.
