OVERALL OPINION
A nice mic with a ludicrous price. It's a Behringer, so it's obviously low-end. Live it can have a tendency to generate feedback if you are not careful. But in a home-studio, it's better. Very good as overhead, and it's also interesting on instruments, for vocals it's a debatable choice.
The mic is not precise, rather neutral (light coloration in the highs => ideal as overhead), but also cold...It lacks a bit of punch. But for the price, I'm still amazed.
It has a surprisingly solid build, but the clip included seems really feeble. It's made of plastic so I fear it will break if I tighten it too much. A shock mount could be an interesting investment.
Recommended for anyone looking for an honest, all-purpose mic with a more than interesting price. If your budget allows it, go for an AKG, Apex, Audio Technica, Shure. The difference is obvious if you get something a bit more expensive.
