-4 MIDI ports (two IN two OUT)
-1 PHONE output for headphones
-1 RCA
-1 RCA
-2 Pedal input has effect
-The rest I do not use it too much, I prefer not to list it not say anything stupid.

If not for the effects, are the basic (low, middle or high), a nice reverb, a pitch, a PAN, but after a mpc you really not buy for the effects it offers you (in my opinion)

How his / styles available? this is a MPC! You put in what you want, and you will do what you want, then no sound or style specific ...

The sequencer is fun, but quickly become insufficient for my taste, I prefer a sequencing software.

Compatibility PC or MAC perfect.

UTILIZATION

Precisely, the advantage lies in the MPC compared to other "samplers / sequencers," I find it really intuitive, someone invested in work will manage the machine perfectly great 4 months max after anything at the creativity is another story .. But what is "know your machine", the MPC is really easy to access the menus are simple. The manual is also clear throughout.

SOUNDS

As said above, no specific style of music. At the sound, well, yeah, it sounds! You put a "chack boom boom" in your GPA, it will remain a "chack boom boom" after level to really "sound" your sound, make clean (make a prod pro anything), it leads to the " mastering ", which is another story, and the same for all machines ..

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for about a 1 year and a half, and I enjoy it like crazy, because of its "intuitive" as mentioned above. You can easily get a create a beat if we modicum of creativity. Value for money (600euro for me) seems honest. I would do this choice without hesitation, because it allowed me (being great beginner) to understand the basics of creating a beat. I tried to SP505 rolland before buying, and I totally preferred MPC1000. In addition, it is a great sampler! I use ableton parallel machine, and I NEVER sample above, still on my MPC! Since it has a "line IN CAR, I plugged my turntable over and sample loops from vinyl (besides the work loop itself is also intuitive). Basically if you're thirsty creation ( intuitive) in which you used your fingers instead of a mouse and a keyboard, GO!
