The museq plug-in retains the features and sound from the original hardware unit. You’ll find the modeled high and low cut filters with resonance as well as the Warm Mode sound shaper or the Boost/Cut modes. Even the stepped knobs were reproduced.
But elysia took advantage of the virtual world and added some bonus, including the Mid/Side processing, the ability to chain both channels for a true stereo operation, and output level controls.
The museq plug-in is two plug-ins in one, with the full-featured Master version and a Mix edition for quick adjustments.
The plug-in is available in VST2, VST3, AU, RTAS, AudioSuite and AAX versions of Mac OS X and Windows 32 and 64-bit. It is available for $249 at plugin-alliance.com. You’ll also find it in the brand new 100% elysia bundle ($489) which also includes the alpha compressor, the mpressor and the niveau filter, as well as in the All Bundle V2.
Plus, if you already are part of the Plugin Alliance family, you get a 50% discount until the end of the month with the coupon code museq199.
