TiltShift is a software EQ designed to radically alter the sound of the track it is applied to. It can be used during mixing or mastering in a non destructive way. Goodhertz designed very smooth slopes (often less than 1dB per octave) in order to preserve phase, frequency and transient response. The plug-in also employs Perceptual Loudness Lock technology so that you can compare the EQ settings or automate the Tilt without having to worry about gain changes.
The Tilt section of the EQ includes a frequency range control, while the Filter section offers independent high and low-cut, variable slopes between 6 and 48 dB/octave, a resonance control, the ability to sweep the frequencies and a Listen feature so that you can monitor what you are filtering.
The AU and AAX plug-in for Mac OS X only is available for $49 and you can download a trial version from goodhertz.co.
