Value For Money : Excellent
Marshall MG100DFX
Combo 100W RMS, while transistor
Two channels: clean and overdrive
Tube amp simulation (FDD)
1 HP 12-inch
Headphone / HP; line between
Intgr effects: delay, flanger, reverb, chorus

on paper, nothing wrong

UTILIZATION

Setup is super simple, the user can find the sound he is looking for easily, and without the help of the manual (which is totally useless).
Footswitch included, to move from one channel to another and enable / disable the effects: very practical.

SOUNDS

This amp, remember it, is NOT an all-tube amp, which means it does not sound mythical forcment marshall. Nanmoins, it has excellent sound, and for any transistor amplifier, there is no above. All those who say that this amp has a sound of m * rde, show of snobbery, because it is a marshall, and said tube amplifier marshall said.

Pass this rant, I can give an objective opinion on the sound of this amp ...

The sound is quite bright in the clear (if you know the rgler), and many fat overdrive. The sound is clear nanmoins not his strong point (if you want an amp with a great clear sound, in the same price range, you had to turn to a FM212R). The crunch on the clean channel is much too strong compared to its clean.
The FDD is a simulation of the strengths of this amp: the sound is much warmer and less like a transistor sound (it itch all-tube amps largely low-end).
I use a telecaster (mounts with two humbucker seymour SH1/SH4), with a boss SD1 pedals for overdrive (when I took the time to leave, meaning you rarely, as the 'intgrea overdrive the amp is excellent dj).

I put 10 without hsiter (there are 8 or 9 that would because the sound is not as good as a marshall lamp, but this is not the same price)

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for a year. I tried a lot of other models, some in my budget, some not ... before acqurir (Peavey ValveKing 112, fender FM212R, blue 60dfx kettner hugues, hugues Kettner Attax 80 ...)

Most
- Price
- Sound (thanks in particular fdd)
- Finishing (marshall look, we like it or hate it, I love)
- The footswitch supplied with the amp purchase (unlike other amp in the same CATEGORY)

The -:
- The manual too poor
- The headphones: means very little when the gain is not lev.
- The crunch of the channel clear.

The price quality ratio is excellent, there is not above (I got a) in any transistor amplifier. With exprience, I would do this choice.
