UTILIZATION

Well I dwell on too much, just a t said. The finishes are relatively good for scratching the Mexican era, the bridge with strings through-done his job, not Floyd, or any vibrato. UTILIZATION

Should it my style of music? Ha yes indeed! As I said, I had this dlaiss scratching for a while, I had my ds Telecaster, and I had more use for months. I express the Tele, blues, old rock, punk, worse rcemment I rutilise on my JVM, and PAF, the standard favorite!

So be careful! This guitar is made for distortion! So as I type given in the Hard Rock, Heavy Metal, punk and sometimes much faster, I must admit it is perfect. For everything else, I use the Tele plutt for everything that needs to vary the sounds, such as start and finish plutt bluesy rock'n'roll, it's the Tele. For everything begins and ends strong, it is the Start.

For it is the advantage: It's a powerful, powerful trs, trs but strangely prcis. If the RULES right, you can have a sound that goes trs fat, without being mushy, crystalline sound enough (even when there is agreement, a crystalline Humbucker, not a single, compare which is comparable), trs foil. Otherwise I play, as above, with a JVM410H Marshall 1960a 4x12 cabinet. The sound is excellent in OD, I can reach trs are either vintage or modern trs through the SETTING THE amp and the guitar. OVERALL OPINION

I use it now for about 3 years, and no, I have not tried many MODELS acqurir before, but I have tried many cons APRS (other Fender, Ibanez and, of Jackson, the Epiphone, Gibson also). Despite its lack of versatility, it has a sound, a single grain that I do not regret.

Then it is true that over time, I tell myself that it was this versatility that prevent me from ... and that, as an end, I could have taken a Gibson SG 62 ' . But as the market mchant this dernire dimension between 2 and 3 times more.

For talking about the price. I had it for about 450, of OCCAZ. A fair price given the incredible quality of the guitar. There is not all that Mex can afford to be fires as it seems. So an excellent APRS qualitprix of me. Then, if you find it more expensive, you really have to be sr that want to play, or have another guitar ct otherwise you will soon play the Hard limits and having to leave the rest ct to or having a sound "bad".

So is it with the exprience, I would do this choice? I do not know, really j'hsite. I really love his sound, those who have been the cost in real (and not rely on the name of the skyscraper and said "haaaaa, but it's scratched the scratch of blink, he's a rotten ..."), a good amp, will it really sound incredible distortion, which can compete with some EMG active rglages with the right amp. On the other ct I like the jams, where you change the registry in the middle of a song. So good, mixed views.

If you have money, may be looking for other models (like the SG, even so DIFFERENT = P), more versatile, or even a Start HSS, and change the microphone, but otherwise lchez you, you will not regret it!

UTILIZATION

The handle is very nice, finishes honest, the regulars will recognize the strat. Obviously the weight of the guitar is Reduce, which is extremely pleasant and the instrument is perfectly balanced.

I say yes and no. You have to have this guitar for a while and know perfectly able to judge it fairly.
I have 2 signature model Fender Tom Delonge and I have the first since 2004.
So those who say she is not versatile at all, I want to tell them: You do not know what you mean. Because, by knowing this guitar, can play a lot more than what we think in the light as it initially. Even if we bear in mind this is a special model that is designed for precise style.
Those who say the clean sound is so rotten, like this! Obviously when you buy it, one suspects that it is NOT set. So, as you might expect, we can not get the real potential. I assure you that with a good set (especially micro) can get clean sounds wonderful ..
For all that is overdrive, distortion and other sounds more or less saturated, it is easier, there's nothing to do is already perfect. It's perfect for what I play because it does what it is intended.
It's been about ten years I think and I still have not changed my mind.
I get beautiful clean tones and distorted sounds impeccable, all with beautiful harmonics. (For me, played on a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe Limited Edition Red Wine through a Tech 21 California pedal for a more suitable distortion, the sound in my ears, simply phenomenal)

Again, it is intended for a particular style but it can be very good in other styles but before the judge, one must know the address and solve its preamps etc. ...

OVERALL OPINION

I bought the first in 2004.
I can not say I've tried "a lot" of models, but I had the opportunity to play on other models (strats, les paul etc ...) and this is the model that I like most.
The only tiny flaw I find in him what would be the volume knob that I have a few strings still further.
The quality / price is, I think, very good. Especially since these models are small-to-small value!
If I could, j'an buy 10! Obviously I would do this choice.

The Fender Artist Signature Series Tom Delonge Stratocaster is probably one of the worst guitars you can buy.  To me, this guitar is simply a hyped up guitar that is slightly better than a Squier that costs more than it should because of the name attached to it.  This guitar was made in Mexico but is no longer being made and you can now only get them used.  The guitar provides the absolute minimum in terms of tone control as it only has a single pick up and a single volume knob.


UTILIZATION

While this guitar is playable it by no means has a fluid neck or is a pleasure on the fingers all that much.  The shape is basically the same as a normal Strat while the weight of it is pretty light, probably because there are barely any electronics inside of it.  Getting the sound that this guitar can get isn't hard, but it is the only sound you can get with the guitar and isn't all that good to begin with.


SOUNDS

The sound of this guitar is extremely one dimensional because of the minimal control you have over your tone and while the sound you can get is similar to the sound used by Delonge, its the only sound you can really get without other effects.  I really can't see how anyone who isn't a fan of Blink 182 and Tom Delonge could really like the sound of this guitar...


OVERALL OPINION

I first used this guitar about six years ago when it first came out and I must admit I haven't used it since because it just isn't my style.  For any purpose whether it be for recording or for live shows, I need to have a guitar that gives me options and control over my sound because if I don't have that, all of my tones will sound very similar!  This guitar to me is also overpriced and should be a few hundred USD less than it is because it really has no features.  Unless you are a die hard fan of Blink 182, I'm sure you know to stay away from this guitar, but in case you didn't know that, it is definitely a good idea!
