Hi, New Member....

We are recording books on CD and some local bands etc. in the Livermore CA area.

Bragging on:

h/w x86 pc with 2ghz cpu and 2gb ram and a 'few' disk drives.
emu 1212m interface (adat optical interface)
berhinger A/D/A, berhinger compressors, berhinger audio mixer,
berhinger direct box, berhinger headphone amps, art preamps,
bunch of other stuff.

s/w cubase studio 4 (currently) on windows xp. I use Finale to compose on. Very traditional.
