Solo 2nd Gen Audio Issue (Distorting, Cracking, Robotic)

So been dealing with this issue for the past few months, even on my previous PC, I've now upgraded to a new PC and the issue is still present. The audio out of nowhere will Distort/Crackle/Robotic out of random sometimes. I've tried 3 different cables and didn't seem to fix it, also some of the cables including the original cable would Blue Screen my Pc when barely moving the cable. I've re-installed the driver multiple times and the issue is still present. I've tried all the USB ports as well as an external USB bus WITH NO LUCK.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
