I wanted to at least 4 pramplis, to record "live".
I use it on a simple multimedia laptop, bought in supermarkets in 2006:
HP Pavilion, Windows XP Home, SP3. Intel Centrino Duo 1.6Ghz, and 2GB of RAM.
Sequencer: Ableton Live 7
UTILIZATION
- Installation is it without problem?
- Have you experienced any incompatibility?
- The configuration gnrale is easy?
- The manual is clear and sufficient? ...
This is the nerve that makes me so hsiter before buying this card.
Well, I should point out that unlike some believe the installation was successful without any problem!! In 10-15min, the card silent oprationnelle!
Tlcharger the last driver on the site of M-audio, application launch, next, next, next, install, and ended! What a relief!

GETTING STARTED
Driver is all stable, no problem of non-recognition of the card or anything at all ... you just turn on the Fast Track Ultra before opening Live 7.
The software interface is quite intuitive
The default rglages give an imperceptible latency for what I did (Virtual Guitar Amp +, Voice, synths controlled by midi keyboard)
I put 9 because it's never perfect, and that I would be more well liked rglages in hardware .. but hey, it's a dtail and 9 / 10, when same is a great dj good note.
OVERALL OPINION
I've had one week, and it is THE FIRST j'achte sound card, so the level down, it was better. I will update this review if any problem appears, but for now is that of happiness!
The sound is really clear, no breath, nothing at all, it is very enjoyable. on the other hand I have to Tonn t turn up the gain to 3 / 4 when using a microphone .. But it may be that my microphone is a bit feeble, I know. Like any event, does not add noise, not a problem ..
Quality price ratio INTERESTED: I pay 314 new. And I did not find interface complte also in this price range ..
With my exprience a week, I would do without hsiter this choice!
