UTILIZATION

With the latest WDM driver and certified Protools M-Powered, a walk nickel.

I use Tracktion 2 with the minimum latency allowed by the card 48khz. In 96khz, increase latency, otherwise a "cripse!"

I was able to play songs with 20 tracks. It sounds and feels loose.

OVERALL OPINION

In fact, over the DSP24 Value, I noticed two things:

- The sound is clearer and stro fuller, prcise. It is empty on certain investments on my own pieces. Surprising, but the Audiophile CHARACTERISTICS are all the same, on paper, although the suprieure DSP24 Value, yet similar in design.

- The record is clear suprieur ... With the DSP24 Value, I had a little breath. The nothing is clean.

Honntement, I bought especially for the S / PDIF, but I was not expecting a better out at the sound!

My only complaint comes from the MIDI. It does not gre THROUGH Fawn "native". The DSP24 Value replied the MIDI signal on THRU ds light the PC. I could drive my expander directly from my synth.
Now must I use a soft dedi (MIDI Control Center, freeware) to route the signal or open my squenceur.

It's been two weeks that I use the 24/96, and it's 2an I have the Delta 66, Audiophile this seems to have the same quality as 66 in advance so I expect to have no problem me.

I cry that opinion because there are few more for use with the card diffrent SERIES Delta in the same machine and it works perfectly well, it adds no latency or anything , you just get used to juggle between the two a little card in the control panel of M-Audio.

OVERALL OPINION

It's been a month since I use it and I'm really pleased, I even have a friend who is mastering avec.Très good value for money (when we think it is the same price as multimedia cards ...) I do not regret having put 300 euros in this map (ideal for me as a dj and composer).

24bit 96Khz if the host software supports it. No pops clicks etc in Cubase VST, Pro Tools, Fruity, Music Studio 7, Orion, Gigastudio, Unity and so on. Have not hit one snag yet and I don't think I will.
