100w transistors.
Config classic, with reverb, multi-effects and little touches simulation lamp.
See details below.

UTILIZATION

Usage is quite simple, not need the manual.
2 channels light / crunch and disto1/disto2. Nothing very destabilizing.

SOUNDS

At first a self-efficacy ... then after qqs minutes it was soon ringing ears, not necessarily because of the power but also to the side screaming. Whether plain, crunch or distortion is very aggressive.
After a few years older than the HP's worse! clean out and makes it dull.
I play with a ps2 and a XTone Telecaster (neck pickup though) and the highs are barely 1 / 4 and serious background. I would rarely more than 10 minutes.
The effects work a lot but it's a little gadget for 4 effects a knob with no parameters and no footswitch ... Reverb average.
However, many musicians appreciate it and play all styles, from rock to metal with all gains and volumes in depth, which confirms my idea that a semblance of efficiency! ...
The fan is noisy and it's actually getting worse with time.

OVERALL OPINION

Amplifier used in rehearsal rooms since early 2002. Some repairs, ventilos boring, pb power, violent banging at power ... It must be said that they are widely used (more than 20 hours per week), but compared to H & K Attax tower / rev and Marshall seem worse and less reliable.
The quality / price ratio, however, is not bad, some is better off. I'm not unhappy with the choice for the time but I think right now there are much better choices in this range there (Randall, Ibanez ...). And when you think you can have the combo Vox AC30 for € 800 ... use is certainly not the same ...
