Epiphone celebrates its 140th anniversary and for this special event, and upon user requests, the brand reissues some “antique” models.
Musikmesse 2014 visitors will find among the Epiphone “novelties” the 75th Anniversary “1939” Electar Century Amp, a 18W, Class A/B valve guitar combo which laminated maple enclosure with “vintage” grille reminds of radios of the early 20th Century.
The combo hosts two 12AX7 and two 6V6 valves, a 12” speaker and offers a master volume push knob with boost, tone control and Bright, Normal and Dark inputs.
A output for extension cab is included, as well as a footswitch input and you can adjust the bias internally.
