Micro power capacitor and "phantom" type recording studio for use

OVERALL OPINION

I IT CAN BE USED for 15 days to voice recordings and was looking for a Retailer's kind and warm studio for a rather soft voice with a scratch electro acoustique.j 'had used dja condenser microphones and I found them 100 times better than dja shure MS58 (dynamic) for the live sound. rponse curve which gave 20 20K silent a good sign, in-store test (piano show) on headphones I immediately knew he had the sound I once cherchais.Une home I had some surprises because I had put the wrong ... must place the logo of the brand against the singer careful if you sing in the back of the capsule and the sound is not good at all! grossire correct this mistake (I have a good time to understand!) it is fantastic to see trs performance for its price (you can hear breathing and lower dtail).
If I look for qualities in addition to the possibility of dtails, I would say the noise is non-existent (no hat hair blowing!) And if I drop the mdiums on the table, I get low on my voice as I have ever had and I love ... cot lgre but possibly weak, I would say that I have to actually fix it by lowering the mids a lot on the table and impractical as it needs a pop filter (or + 20 euros) but the store told me I Reserved a second B1 I spend Saturday taking hard to beat!

Here almost two years since I bought our little B1,
Ben is an honest friend of Pigalle me fill the pipe,
otherwise I would not even possible eye to such a micro (must be said that the price is ridiculous is not it??)
So: not a fart noise, beautiful neutrality is the road distance from a given mild, a hint of brightness in the hq but nothing can be redibitoire, flexibility of use .... Finally, a lot of strength!
cot weakness?? and frankly not much anyway, about the price there is just nothing to say!

So please not this little micro will make you happy, keep warm in reserve to replace a 4040 without problem,
its versatility and quality manufacturing are impeccable ...

Cardioid condenser microphone, attenuator and low-cut filter. suspension as provided. Apparently, strength and professionalism in manufacturing. In this price range, really an excellent product.

OVERALL OPINION

I used a pair to record my acoustic guitar, and also for solo singing. I also plan to use it in an overhead on drums. Given the qualities he has already expressed, I do not make me worry!
I had an earlier Behringer B2 Pro Studio Projects B1 for the same price, totally outclasses: breath less, better definition, better balance, and a discrete heat is surprising really. In my opinion, a master purchase.

Good static delivered without the attachment to elastic damage. No antipop a foam windscreen but we want to put too much in decision , it's okay, the windscreen protects during transport.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for over a year, as micro "to do everything" and to use a marimba on stage.
It does not blow, but the voice I still have to deal severely with my preamp gain QuadMic.
It is well balanced, although I feel that I at least touch the voices when I use my old TLM 103 (but not the same price).
I now have 4 B1, so it is that I'm happy . No cons, it is clear to me that my next purchase will be more static "high end".
VERY good static to start in-home studio. Should help even though in the studio. Le do not deliver it with the suspension ...
September 2006 edit: always happy, they are solid! Of course, taken for sensitive (eg piano), a little more upscale is better. It is certainly a great location level quality / price!

I tried a bit of prestige while the model found in big studio (C414, solid tube, U87, U67 ..........)
I bought a year ago
it lacks a bit of heat but not very specific on far too bright, the precision in the bass is very limited but the rest of the spectrum is correct, it has a good dynamic.

OVERALL OPINION

This mic is unbelivable for the price. It works great for male vocals and even better for female vocals. At $99.00 you really can't go wrong adding this mic to your collection. I paid double the price for mics that don't sound this good.

For $99.00 I would have expected a plastic piece of crap. But the B1 is a solid well put together mic.

Did I mention this thing is only $99.00? I really feel like I got an amazing deal with this. Don't get me wrong, you won't be able to throw all your other mics away or anything but for the price it's a welcome addition to your collection.
